Our stay was marred by the unpleasant noise coming off the street, which kept us from getting a much needed good night's sleep. the room and shower were not cleaned to a satisfactory standard and there was a shortage of toiletries.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel along the Mosel! the architecture was impressive and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. the hotel team was always friendly and available to help, making me feel right at home. the highlight of my stay was dining at Mittlers Restaurant, where I enjoyed delicious food and had an excellent selection of local wines and beers. Exploring the nearby wineyards and Trier was an added bonus.
I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in the region. Cons: Wish I could have stayed longer!
